Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if you've changed your mind. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included.

How to return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before we've approved it.

What we can't refund
- Items that have been used, installed, or wired in
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items sent back without our approval
- Original shipping fees

Return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong. In that case, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll cover it and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
